何気に料理ネタ連荘です。体調が良くならないおかげで、あまり他にネタが無いというのもありますが……。
えーと、今回紹介するのは炒飯です。
すごい簡単で、味付けも失敗しようがない、ってとこがいいです。
そこ、「レシピ書くほどのもんじゃないじゃん」とか言わないでください。
むしろ言うな。

■材料
・ご飯
・ベーコン
・卵
・タマネギ(ニラでもいいです)
・豆板醤(大さじ一杯から二杯)
・ザーサイ(お好みの量をどうぞ)
・ごま油
■作り方
1、ベーコンは適当にざく切り。タマネギは微塵切りにします。
2、フライパンにごま油を多めに敷いて、弱火で熱します。
3、ベーコンを入れ、1分ほど混ぜつつ炒めたら、タマネギとザーサイを投入します。
4、3分ほど焦げないよう炒め、豆板醤を好みの量(目安は大さじ1)を入れて混ぜます。
5、火を強火にし、ご飯を投入して混ぜます。
6、パラッとなるように、木べらなどで固まってるご飯を潰しつつ炒めます。
7、いい感じに炒まってきたら、ご飯を端に寄せ、空いたスペースに卵を落とします。
8、卵を混ぜながら炒めてスクランブルエッグ状にし、ご飯と手早く混ぜます。
9、盛り付けて完成。
ベーコン、ザーサイ、豆板醤に塩気があるので、わざわざ塩で調味する必要はありません。
できる限り焦げ付かせないように、それでいてパラッとなるよう作るのがコツです。
簡単で美味いので、是非作ってみてください。
豆板醤の丁度いい辛味が食欲をそそります。
ちなみに、ザーサイと豆板醤の代わりにキムチを入れれば、キムチ炒飯になります(当たり前ですが)
